The hotel is located in a lovely area of Nuevo Vallarta. Beds are comfortable and rooms have air conditioning. - the staff are hard-working and check-in is easy. - They have a premium bar and a delicious breakfast with a variety of options like bread, cereal, and eggs.

our stay at alltra was incredible! from the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so special. the service at brasas and ventanas restaurants was exceptional, and the attention to detail was impeccable. the room was spacious and comfortable, with a great shower and ac. we truly felt at home and didn't want to leave!

I absolutely loved the staff here! They made me feel at home and special throughout my stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, with lots of clean towels and a generously stocked fridge in my tropical view studio. The bed and bedding were super comfortable, and the shower was great. The room itself was very roomy and had excellent AC. I also enjoyed the convenient location, with a beautiful view of the ocean in the distance. The hotel facilities were fantastic, including the hot jet tub on the balcony. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff provided excellent service.

During our stay, we enjoyed the beautiful location of the resort. The Portofino restaurant offered delicious seafood, and the Mexican restaurant had tasty dishes as well. We were pleased with our room, which had a stunning view of the ocean. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. The breakfast options were diverse and satisfying. Additionally, the resort had well-maintained grounds and a falconer to keep the birds away.

The pressure from the time share salespeople was relentless and persistent.

Location: the hotel was next to a safe sandy beach and Pacific side mexico and Vallarta. Had tea and goodies at Moon Star Cafe, nestled 1 mi of the venue. Booked a room with TRULY SPECIAL views, and the staff were very professional people with champagne and super friendly staff. Separate bathroom was big size. The pool was amazing and I had soft drinks in the poolside bar.

The value for the money was excellent, with spacious and nicely decorated rooms. The location was great, offering stunning views and a beautiful beach. The staff at Alltra went above and beyond to make our honeymoon special, especially at Brasas and Ventanas restaurants.

During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the beautiful pools and excellent service from the staff. The bartenders were friendly and made delicious drinks. The location of the hotel was perfect, with a nice beach just a short walk away. Additionally, the food at the resort was quite decent, especially the meals at the Portofino restaurant.

I was told that I would be guaranteed an upgrade to an ocean view room and preferred club privileges, but when I checked in, I was informed that this was not possible due to the hotel being too full. Furthermore, the communication from the concierge was lacking, as they did not return calls or provide accurate information.
